En la elección del representante de los empleados de carrera de las contralorías distritales y municipales, el acta de escrutinio, una vez firmada por los miembros del jurado de votación, y el sobre de que tratan los artículos 18 y 20, inciso 1, respectivamente, del Decreto 1570 de 1998 se entregarán al contralor distrital o municipal, según sea el caso, quien dentro del primer día hábil siguiente los enviará al contralor departamental para efecto del escrutinio general.
