º De conformidad con el artículo 36 de la Ley 2º de 1984, funcionará en la Procuraduría General de la Nación y bajo la Dirección de la Procuraduría Delegada para la Policía Judicial, un Grupo Especializado en Investigación para que de manera permanente auxilie a cualquier Juez que instruya o conozca de los procesos por los delitos a que se refiere el artículo 12 de la Ley mencionada.
