Para el efecto de asegurar el manejo de los fondos que se reoauden por razón del servicio de alumbrado de que trata el artículo 1.° de este decreto, el Ministro de Fomento dispondrá lo conducente á fin de que tenga puntual cumplimiento lo dispuesto en el Libro III, Título 1.° del Código citado.
