En el ejercicio y trámite de la acción de extinción de dominio se garantizará el debido proceso que le es propio, permitiendo al afectado presentar pruebas e intervenir en su práctica, oponerse a las pretensiones que se estén haciendo valer en contra de los bienes, y ejercer el derecho de contradicción que la Constitución Política consagra.
