Articula 8º Derecho de defensa . Las sanciones disciplinarias se aplicarán con observancia de las garantías de defensa del inculpado, quien tiene derecho a conocer el informe y las pruebas que se alleguen a la investigación, a que se practiquen las pertinentes que solicite, a ser oído en declaración de descargos, diligencia para la cual podrá pedir la asesoría del abogado o de un representante del sindicato legalmente constituido ante el Secretario de la Junta Seccional de Escalafón y a interponer los recursos establecidos en el presente Decreto.
