Del escrito de excepciones introducidas en tiempo se dará traslado, sin llevar los autos de la Secretaría, por tres días, para que el ejecutante conteste si son o no son ciertos los hechos en que se fundan aquéllas previniéndoles que si no contesta se tendrá como ciertos los hechos en que sea admisible la prueba de confesión.
