Art. 112. Las materias de enseñanza que deben darse en las Escuelas Normales se distribuirán, para su desempeño, equitativamente entre los Superiores y Catedráticos de la Escuela, por un Consejo formado por éstos y presidido por el Secretario de Instrucción Pública del Departamento. Al hacer esta distribución se deberá tener en cuenta no solamente que el trabajo esté igualmente repartido, sino también las aptitudes y estudios especiales de cada uno. El catedrático de Pedagogía y maestro de escuela anexa será del mismo sexo que el de los alumnos.
