Las marcas podrán ser transferidas o traspasadas de igual manera que las patentes de invención, en los términos prescritos en el Código Civil, para cesión de derechos, pero tales traspasos no producirán efecto respecto de terceros mientras no hayan sido inscritos en el libro de registro de propiedad industrial. Tales traspasos se solicitaran y resolverán en forma semejante a la ordenada para obtener y conceder las renovaciones de marcas.
