Establécese un seguro por cuenta del Estado a favor de las familias del personal técnico de aviación que muera por causa del servicio debidamente comprobadas, seguro cuya cuantía será equivalente al valor de sueldo mensual que devengue el interesado al tiempo de su muerte multiplicado en treinta, siempre que esta ocurra en el acto del accidente, o en los seis meses subsiguientes se compruebe que el fallecimiento tuvo por causa directa y necesaria el mismo accidente, y que éste fue fortuito.
