Artículo tercero . La administración de los bienes mencionados, dentro de los fines expresados en este Decreto, estará a cargo de una Junta compuesta por el señor Cura Párroco, quien la presidirá por derecho propio por un representante del Ministerio de Salud Pública; por el Alcalde y el Personero Municipales; por el Mayordomo de Fábrica y por un vecino honorable elegido por ellos.
