Las formas de retiro que conforme a este estatuto dan derecho a pensión, sueldo de retiro o recompensa, requieren previamente la formación de la hoja de servicios militares del actor, y para tal fin el Gobierno concede un plazo de tres meses, durante el cual el interesado disfruta de su sueldo de actividad.
