Art. 4.° Igual concesion se hace al que abra un camino del Correjimiento de San Miguel, territorio de la Nevada, a la ciudad de Santamarta, i al empresario o entidad que cosntruya el camino de que trata la lei 68 de fomento, de 12 de noviembre do 1878, del Estado soberano de Santander.
