Establécese como día de la Orden al Mérito de la Seguridad Presidencia el 15 de mayo de cada año, fecha de creación de la Secretaría de Seguridad del Presidente de la República, día en el cual los miembros de la Orden se reunirán en la Casa de Nariño o el sitio que designe el Gran Maestre, para otorgar las veneras correspondientes.
