Convenios entre establecimientos de crédito y entidades aseguradoras . Las entidades aseguradoras autorizadas conforme al Decreto ley 1032 de 1991 para operar el seguro obligatorio de accidentes de tránsito podrán celebrar convenios con instituciones financieras legalmente autorizadas por la Superintendencia Bancaria que cuenten con una Infraestructura de oficinas que garanticen una adecuada cobertura, para que éstas entreguen las respectivas pólizas y actúen como agentes de transferencia de las correspondientes primas.
