º . Tasa de interés moratorio segundo trimestre año 2001 . Para efectos tributarios, la tasa de interés moratorio será equivalente a la tasa de interés, DTF, efectivo anual, certificada por el Banco de la República, aumentada dicha tasa en un cincuenta por ciento (50%). El Gobierno publicará para el segundo trimestre del año 2001, la tasa de interés moratorio que regirá durante el mismo, con base en la tasa de interés, DTF, promedio vigente efectivo anual para el segundo mes del trimestre inmediatamente anterior.
