Artículo segundo . Para garantizar el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo anterior, el estudiante becado firmará con el Rector o Director del correspondiente plantel un contrato mediante el cual se comprometa a prestar el servicio determinado en el artículo primero del presente Decreto. Cuando el alumno becario fuere menor de edad, deberá firmar el contrato requerido conjuntamente con su padre o madre o con sus tutores o representantes legales. Si el alumno becario no cumpliere con la obligación estipulada, reintegrará al Tesoro Público una suma igual a la que el Estado invirtió en su educación. En caso de renuncia, podrá verificarse el cobro judicial.
