º . Se aceptarán como garantías reales, entre otras, la hipoteca y la prenda. Sobre esta última, la Dirección General de Impuestos Nacionales o las Administraciones de Impuestos Nacionales, según la cuantía prevista, en el artículo 3º del presente Decreto, se reservará el derecho de aceptarla, cuando su custodia implique alguna erogación de las mismas.
