Decreto 40 de 2017 · por el cual se adiciona un nuevo Capítulo al Título 1 de la Parte 2 del Libro 2 del Decreto 1069 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del Sector Justicia y del Derecho, y se reglamentan los Centros Especiales de Reclusión a que se refieren los artículos 23A, 24 y 25 de la Ley 65 de 1993 modificados por los artículos 15, 16 y 17 de la Ley 1709 de 2014.
