Quedan reformados en estos .términos los artículos. 5.°, 6.°, 7.°, 8.°, 9.°, 10 y 11 del Decreto número 592 bis, de 10 de Diciembre de 1909, y los artículos 1.°, 2.°, 3.°, 4°, 5.°, 6.°, 7°,8.°, 9.° 10, 11 y 12 del Decreto número 65 de 29 de Enero del presente año. Este Decreto empezará á regir desde la fecha de su publicación en el Diario Oficial.
