Cuando los derechos ejercidos por los desplazados no se encuentren inscritos en los folios de matrícula de los inmuebles respectivos, las Oficinas de Registro de Instrumentos Públicos o el Comité Territorial para la Atención Integral a la Población Desplazada competente, según el caso, ordenará que las medidas de protección de que tratan los artículos anteriores, sean registradas.
