°. Excepción. La adquisición de tierras de propiedad privada, aún por el procedimiento de expropiación, para los fines de los artículos 58, 59 bis, 68. 90, 91 y 93 de la Ley 135 de 1961, podrá disponerse sin necesidad de sujetarse al sistema de prioridades establecido en los artículos 55 y 57 de la Ley citada, conforme a las excepciones expresas que consagra el inciso primero del artículo 55, el inciso final del artículo 57, el artículo 59 bis y el numeral 2° del artículo 68 de la misma Ley.
