Presentación y aprobación del Presupuesto. La Dirección General del Presupuesto Público Nacional presentará al Consejo Superior de Política Fiscal, CONFIS, el proyecto de presupuesto de ingresos y gastos y sus modificaciones.
El CONFIS o quien éste delegue, aprobará por resolución el presupuesto y sus modificaciones.
