° En las concesiones de que trata el artículo anterior, la obligación de pagar el canon superficiario a que se refiere el ordinal a) del artículo 26 del Código de Petróleos, se suspenderá mientras se mantenga en actividad, por lo menos un equipo completo de perforación dentro de los límites de la respectiva concesión.
