Adiciónase el artículo 1º del Decreto 646 de 1998 con el cincuenta por ciento (50%) de la propiedad de la Estación Compresora de Apiay, porcentaje éste que entrará a formar parte del patrimonio de Ecogás. Los activos de compresión a que se refiere la presente escisión porcentual conciernen exclusivamente aquellos activos dedicados a la compresión de despacho de gas.
