Cuando la administracion remita los espresados vales como se previene en el atrículo 22, describirá la operacion debitando “Tesorería jeneral" i acreditando “A vales de manumision" El valor nominal de los vales que remita sin incluir el sobrante de alguno de ellos, o la parte de algun abono anterior que ya se haya remitido.
