Transparencia en la información del sistema. La Superintendencia Nacional de Salud impondrá sanciones personales a los representantes legales de las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud, EPS del régimen subsidiado y Entidades Promotoras de Salud (EPS), cuando incurran en aquellas conductas encaminadas a ocultar a la autoridad de supervisión la situación real de acreencias en la relación entre la EPS del régimen subsidiado y la institución encargada de la prestación del servicio.
