° Los destinatarios o depositarios de dinero o de las divisas decomisadas tendrán, para todos los efectos legales, los derechos y obligaciones del secuestre a que se refiere el artículo 683 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, además de las facultades que se establecen en este Decreto. Los destinatarios o depositarios se legitimarán con copia de la resolución expedida por el Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes. Las personas a que se refiere este artículo ejercerán las funciones de secuestre de los bienes puestos a su cuidado, dentro de los respectivos procesos penales.
