Si el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores no accediere a la confirmación de la visa de que trata el artículo anterior, lo comunicará así el Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad para que el extranjero abandone el país en un término no mayor de un (1) mes; si no lo hiciere será deportado.
