Cuando una Liga o Asociación de radioaficionados actúe en forma pasiva o en connivencia frente al incumplimiento de cualquiera de las obligaciones o deberes de un radioaficionado afiliado a dicha Liga o Asociación, ésta será solidariamente responsable en los términos del artículo 76 del presente Decreto Reglamentario.
