Art. 163. Cuando de dicha sentencia resulte la obligación de entregar una finca raíz, y no se efectuare la entrega dentro de tres días de notificada la sentencia, el Juez procederá á la entrega fuere necesario.

En el caso de este artículo no se admitirá oposición alguna á las personas á quienes perjudica la sentencia, conforme al artículo 771 y siguientes del Título IV, Libro II del Código Judicial, ni á las que se encuentren en el caso final del artículo 796 del mismo Código.
