Capacitación . Las entidades que hacen parte de la CIAT, con el acompañamiento de la Secretaría Técnica, deberán desarrollar procesos permanentes de capacitación a los funcionarios encargados de dar cumplimiento a las recomendaciones emitidas, con miras a garantizar su implementación y efectividad en los distintos niveles territoriales.
