Art. 33. Los Recaudadores de Hacienda tienen jurisdicción coactiva para el cobro de los créditos activos del Tesoro nacional, que ellos mismos hayan reconocido, ó que, reconocidos por otros, hayan sido encargados por éstos para exigirlos del respectivo deudor, según los reglamentos expedidos ó que expida el Poder Ejecutivo.
