La Junta No Podrá Reconocer Auxilios Para Reconstrucción De Habitaciones Sino A Favor De Aquellas Personas Naturales Damnificadas Que, Comprobadamente, No Están Capacitadas Económicamente Para Llevar A Cabo Las Obras Correspondientes Sin El Apoyo Del Estado
Decreto 3582 de 1947 · por el cual se reglamenta la Ley 15 de 1946, en cuanto concede auxilios para atender a la reconstrucción de Samaná, del Departamento de Caldas, y para ayudar a los damnificados pobres afectados en bienes muebles por el incendio ocurrido en dicha población el 18 de julio de 1946.
