Si el imputado o acusado incumpliere alguna de las obligaciones impuestas, inherentes a la medida de aseguramiento no privativa de la libertad a que estuviere sometido, a petición de la fiscalía penal militar o del Ministerio Público, el juez penal militar de control de garantías podrá ordenar su reclusión en establecimiento carcelario.
