Establézcase el presupuesto de ingresos del Sistema General de Regalías para el bienio del 1° de enero de 2025 al 31 de diciembre de 2026, en la suma de veinticinco billones quinientos treinta y seis mil ciento sesenta y dos millones cuatrocientos veintisiete mil novecientos cuarenta pesos moneda legal ($25.536.162.427.940), según el siguiente detalle:
