Para el ejercicio del guionaje turístico se requiere contar con la tarjeta profesional de guía de turismo y mantener vigente y actualizada su inscripción en el Registro Nacional de Turismo. Para ejercer la profesión de Guía de Turismo, los extranjeros, además de los requisitos indicados en este artículo, deberán cumplir con las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias que regulan su permanencia y trabajo en el territorio nacional.
