º La Secretaría de la Comisión Coordinadora del Centenario de Cúcuta, contará con un presupuesto anual de $ 9.000.000.00, para efectos de atender

a)

Los gastos administrativos de funcionamiento de la oficina;

b)

La contratación de estudios relativos al mejoramiento urbano de la ciudad y al desarrollo de la región;

c)

Ejecutar campañas de educación cívica, de señalización y regularización del tránsito urbano, de embellecimiento y arborización de la ciudad;

d)

Para preparar y realizar los certámenes y actos conmemorativos de la reconstrucción durante el año de 1975.
