°. Funciones de la Oficina Asesora Jurídica. Modificar los numerales 1 y 2 del artículo 8° del Decreto 381 de 2012, los cuales quedarán así

Revisar y avalar los actos administrativos que deba suscribir el Ministro o el de sus Delegados, cuando estos así lo requieran.

Revisar y avalar las Consultas al Consejo de Estado y los Contratos y Convenios que deba suscribir o proponer el Ministerio.
