OMISION EN EL ABASTECIMIENTO. El comandante que no abastezca en debida forma a las tropas a su mando, para el cumplimiento de acciones militares o policiales, incurrirá en prisión de uno (1) a cinco (5) años. Si a consecuencia del hecho anterior resultare perjuicio para las operaciones, la pena será de dos (2) a cinco (5) años de prisión. Si el hecho se realiza por culpa, la pena se disminuirá hasta en la mitad. TITULO III DELITOS CONTRA LOS INTERESES DE LAS FUERZAS ARMADAS CAPITULO UNICO DE LA INUTILIZACION VOLUNTARIA
