Controles. Sin perjuicio de los controles propios de los recursos del Tesoro Público, el Ministerio de Minas y Energía podrá, de oficio o a solicitud de un tercero, verificar el recaudo de las contribuciones parafiscales de esmeraldas, los Ingresos, las inversiones, los gastos y, en general, todas las operaciones ejecutadas por la entidad administradora del Fondo Nacional de Esmeraldas. Así mismo, podrá verificar el cumplimiento del contrato firmado para la administración de la contribución parafiscal.
