º. Giro a las Administradoras del Régimen Subsidiado, ARS. Los recursos correspondientes al aseguramiento de la población afiliada serán girados por las entidades territoriales a las Administradoras del Régimen Subsidiado, previa certificación por parte de la entidad territorial del cumplimiento de las obligaciones de la ARS con su red prestadora de servicios de salud.
