Declárase vía nacional la que partiendo de Chípaque, en el camino nacional de Oriente, conduce a San Juanito y sigue hasta el río Meta por territorio de la Intendencia del mismo nombre, pasando además por jurisdicción de los Municipios de Ubaque, Choachí y Fómeque.

Formará parte integrante de esta vía nacional, el camino que de Ubaque conduce a San Cristóbal de esta ciudad.
