Las Asambleas Departamentales gravarán la producción de la chicha y el guarapo con un impuesto no inferior a dos centavos ($ 0.02) por litro, pudiendo elevarlos hasta cinco centavos ($ 0.05).

Antes de que las Asambleas se reúnan para dar cumplimiento a esta disposición, seguirá rigiendo el impuesto que hoy se cobra al tenor del artículo 14 de la Ley 88 de 1928 .

Queda así modificado el inciso 1° del artículo 14 de la Ley 88 de 1928 y vigente el inciso 2° y el parágrafo del mismo citado artículo.
