Artículo décimoquinto. No podrán ser vendidos como abonos: cueros, pelos, cascos ni cuernos, sin tratar como tales o mezclados con otros materiales. No se aplicará esta disposición cuando dichos materiales hayan sido tratados en forma de hacer aprovechables los constituyentes nutritivos que puedan contener.
