Las parcelaciones a que se refieren los artículos siguientes, tendrán por objeto principal el incremento de la producción agrícola mediante la adjudicación de tierras, ya sea en propiedad o en usufructo, arrendamiento etc., a los trabajadores del campo que carezcan de ellas, y comprueben su capacidad para explotarlas económicamente.
