Las planillas del servicio se conservarán como comprobantes del recibo de las encomiendas y serán legajadas por orden cronológico de llegada y del mismo modo serán sentadas en los libros las anotaciones respectivas, Los legajos serán cosidos y foliados cuidadosamente, por meses y en la portada de ellos se anotará el número de planillas contenido. Las anotaciones en los libros deben corresponder exactamente a las de las planillas.
