Los que se concertaren para cometer los delitos de rebelión o sedición, quedarán sujetos a confinamiento por seis meses a tres años y a multa de ciento a dos mil pesos, si los proyectos criminosos fueren descubiertos antes de iniciarse los actos ejecutivos.
