Los recursos del Fondo para la Rehabilitación, Inversión y Lucha contra el Crimen Organizado (Frisco), en la presente vigencia fiscal serán transferidos a la Nación por la Sociedad de Activos Especiales (SAE), S.A.S., a la Dirección General de Crédito Público y Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, de acuerdo con lo establecido en los Documentos Con pes 3412 de 2006,3476 de 2007 y 3575 de 2009.
