- Inscripción de acciones. Modificase el artículo 5º. de la Ley 422 de 1998, el cual quedará así: " Artículo 5º . Las sociedades privadas y mixtas de que trata el artículo 3o. de la ley 37 de 1993, deben ser sociedades anónimas. Las sociedades privadas deben inscribir sus acciones en una bolsa de valores nacional. La Superintendencia Nacional de Valores vigilará lo dispuesto en el presente artículo".
