amends decreto 1344/70

El artículo 18 del Decreto-ley 1344 de 1970, quedará así:

Artículo 18 Nadie podrá conducir vehículo alguno en el territorio nacional sin llevar consigo la licencia de conducción correspondiente. Están eximidos del deber de portar licencia:

Los aprendices que conduzcan vehículos automotores, acompañados por un instructor autorizado.

Quienes en caso de retención, pérdida u otro motivo legal hayan obtenido de las autoridades de tránsito permiso especial para conducir. La vigencia máxima de este permiso será de sesenta (60) días hábiles.
